When you use the Contact Us or workflow assessment forms, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, subject or workflow challenge, and any optional context you choose to include.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your message, prepare for a workflow assessment when requested, and maintain relevant business communications. We do not use form submissions for unrelated automated marketing.
How it is stored and shared
Messages and assessment requests are stored in the website’s business database and are available only to North Indy AI Works personnel who need them to respond. We do not sell submitted information. We share it only when needed to operate the website or when you ask us to do so.
How long we keep it
The website inbox retains submissions for no more than 12 months. Information needed for an active business relationship is moved to the approved business system before it expires from the website inbox.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete your submitted information by emailing hello@northindyaiworks.com.
Updates
We may update this notice as the website or its services change. The current version will always appear on this page.
